The number one New Year’s resolution is losing weight. Dr. Michael Steelman’s Weight Loss Clinic can customize a program to fit the individual. With medical supervision, the patient can shed pounds without jeopardizing good health.

Dr. Steelman also suggests exercise through walking either outside or at the mall, keeping nutritional foods available, having alternative treats other than food – playing music, writing, taking relaxing baths – and relieving stress.

The professionals universally suggest that you have all questions answered honestly concerning health insurance and financial responsibility, remove the emotion and stay objective about what can be done, understand that some changes occur in stages, and become invested in maintaining your new look through healthy choices.
